It’s been long and coming.
For a while now, I’ve wanted to start a blog discussing Spiritual Abuse in the church and cult-ish ministries. Fear is what have mostly kept me from starting.
But today, something within me was urging me to share my story with the world. Here, I will share not only my story of spiritual abuse, but I hope that this will be a place, a community, where we can all share our stories to bring awareness to Christians all over the world on how serious this is.

Spiritual abuse has been defined as “a kind of abuse which damages the central core of who we are. It leaves us spiritually discouraged and emotionally cut off from the healing love of God.” Another definition of spiritual abuse is “the mistreatment of a person who is in need of help, support or greater spiritual empowerment, with the result of weakening, undermining, or decreasing that person’s spiritual empowerment.”( Source)
